Please submit the following:
? the completed, original application form;
? a non-refundable and non-deferrable application fee of $150 ($200 for students residing outside Canada);
? a recent photo of the applicant;
? proof of date of birth (no original documents)
? copies of the June report card from the last two years and all report cards from the current year (when applicable)
? a $500 deposit will be requested for PK-Grade 2 one year prior to desired entry year.
? a current confidential report from the student?s previous school (for Grades 3 and above).
