University of Toronto Schools
The University of Toronto Schools, known as UTS, is among the premier co-educational schools in Canada. Established in 1910, UTS is a non-religious school affiliated with the University of Toronto, and offers education from Grade 7 to Grade 12. UTS offers high achieving students a specialized curriculum and learning environment that encourages creative interests, physical activity and social responsibility. Situated on the University of Toronto's St. George campus, UTS offers a wide range of courses, as well as many Advanced Placement courses; however, an IB program is not offered. Students earn a UTS Diploma, as well as the standard Ontario Secondary School Diploma, which signifies the completion of certain specialized courses at a level beyond the provincial standards. Tuition costs $21,915 for day school.
